Who is DoughBliss?

Hi, I’m Tiffany!

As a proud South Dakota military wife and a mom of two, life is always full of adventure, chaos, and joy. But no matter what the day brings, I find comfort in the kitchen, where I can slow down and share something special with my family.

DoughBliss was inspired partly by my love of baking and partly by my desire to re-create my mother’s bread recipe.  She sadly passed away from cancer just a few years ago, but always made her rolls from scratch and it was the best bread I’ve ever had – I used to eat roll after roll and no matter what I did growing up, I could never re-create her exact flavor or texture.  I constantly strive to improve and then one day I finally made a roll that instantly brought my mother back and it was like I was a child again standing in her kitchen. 

I believe that food has the power to bring people together, and there's nothing more rewarding than seeing my kids' faces light up when they walk into the house and smell something fresh out of the oven. That’s why I produce the freshest baked goods with local ingredients and no preservatives!

  1. So you operate out of your home?

    A, Yes! I operate under SD Cottage Laws - I am licensed by the state and have a sales tax license, an LLC and and FEIN from the Government. I also have the Food Safety Certificate from South Dakota State University and follow all the proper cleaning, hygiene, packaging and labeling laws for the State of South Dakota.

  2. Do you offer local delivery, nationwide shipping, or both?

    A, I do local delivery on orders of over $75 if requested on Bake Days after noon. I do not ship.

  3. What are your store hours?

    A. I am open on Bake Days for pickup from 9AM - Noon, but online ordering is available 24/7!

  4. Do you take custom/bespoke orders? How much lead time do you need?

    A. Yes! Please contact me with your needs so I can get you a quote based on your needs. Typically, the longer lead time you can provide, the better the outcome.

  5. Do you cater to allergies (gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free options)?

    A. Unfortunately I do not do gluten-free bread at this time, but my cheesecakes can be made with a gluten-free crust. My kitchen is NOT nut-free or dairy-free.

  6. What is your return/refund policy?

    A. Once and order is placed, I cannot refund it after 3PM the day before the Bake Day as I have already purchased ingredients or have already prepared your order. Any orders that are not picked up on Bake Day will be donated.

  7. How can customers get in touch for orders or questions?

  8. Any seasonal offerings or subscription boxes?

    A. I am working on created a subscription service currently, and I do seasonal offerings as well - I have monthly specials and will have holiday specials, too!

  9. Are online payments accepted? What methods?

    A. Online payments are via credit card only at this time. In-person purchases at my pop-up markets can be made via cash, card, or Venmo.
