Exciting News: My First Pop-Up Bakery Sale is This Weekend!

I’m thrilled to finally share this—I’ll be at my first-ever pop-up bakery sale this weekend! After months of recipe testing, early mornings, and lots of flour in my hair, I’m officially stepping out from behind the mixer and into the community. This is such a special moment for me, and I can’t wait to share my bakes with you!

What You’ll Find at My Table

I’ve curated a small but delicious menu that reflects the heart of my home baking style—comforting, joyful, and made with real care.

🌀 Cinnamon Rolls

Soft, gooey, and filled with that perfect swirl of cinnamon-sugar. These are swirled with love and available with a classic glaze. They’re the kind of rolls that make people pause mid-bite and say “WOW.”

🍞 Sourdough Bread

Each rustic loaf is naturally leavened with my own starter and baked to a golden, crackly finish. Expect that deep sourdough flavor and a chewy, open crumb—perfect for slicing, toasting, or just tearing into fresh from the market.

🍰 Mini Cakes in Loaf Pans

These adorable, long aluminum mini cakes are as fun to look at as they are to eat. I’ll have three signature flavors:

  • Double Chocolate (in gold pans) – Rich, moist chocolate cake topped with elegant chocolate frosting swirls and shavings of dark chocolate

  • Birthday Cake (in pink pans) – Vanilla cake with fluffy frosting, colorful sprinkles, and party vibes all around

  • Cookies n’ Cream (in black-and-white pans) – A fan-favorite frosted with whipped cookies and cream goodness and a whole cookie on top

Each one is decorated with care and packaged to be giftable or totally indulgent for yourself (no judgment!).

Behind the Scenes: How I’m Getting Ready

This week has been a blur of planning and baking, but here’s what I’ve been focused on to make the pop-up a success:

Dialing In the Recipes

Every item has been tested and refined to make sure it tastes just right. From the tang of the sourdough to the fluffiness of the vanilla cake, I want every bite to feel like a treat.

Bake Schedule & Production

There’s a whole dance to making cinnamon rolls and sourdough work on the same timeline. I’ve got my proofing times, bake windows, and prep lists all mapped out to keep things fresh and stress-free.

Creating a Cozy Display

My goal is to make the booth feel like a little slice of a neighborhood bakery—think warm wooden trays, linen napkins, handwritten signs, and plenty of good smells to pull people in.

Packaging with Personality

I’m wrapping each sourdough loaf in kraft paper, packing mini cakes in clear-top boxes, and labeling everything with handwritten tags and ingredient info. I want each item to feel like a personal gift from me to you.

Spreading the Word

I’ve been sharing sneak peeks, behind-the-scenes prep, and countdown posts on social media, and I’m so grateful for all the encouragement and excitement from friends and followers.

Why This Matters

This pop-up isn’t just a bake sale—it’s the beginning of something I’ve worked so hard to create. Baking is more than just mixing ingredients; it’s about sharing joy, comfort, and connection. I’m so excited (and a little nervous!) to take this leap and meet people who love great food as much as I do.

If you’re nearby, I’d love for you to stop by! Say hi, grab a roll or a cake, and help me celebrate this sweet new chapter. I’ll be sharing updates (and hopefully lots of photos) after the weekend.

Thank you for all the love and support so far. Here we go!

With love and butter,

Tiffany
