Scones, Surprises & a Dash of Something New

Hello friends,

There’s something about baking that constantly invites little moments of joy—and lately, I've found myself craving something buttery, crumbly, and just a little indulgent. So, after a few test batches (and a few happy accidents), I’m thrilled to share that scones are officially joining my cottage bakery menu!

These little gems have quickly become a favorite in my kitchen. Whether it’s classic chocolate chip scones, cranberry with a orange-citrus glaze, or a decadent cinnamon swirl variety (coming soon!), I’ve been loving the creative freedom they allow. They're rustic, cozy, and pair perfectly with a cup of tea—or coffee, no judgment here.

The Something New….

As I was baking, an idea kept tugging at me: what if I could bundle these scones into something special? Not just for breakfasts or brunches, but for birthdays, thank-you’s, for Realtor gifts at the closing of a home, for Bosses to their employees (or vice-versa) or “just because” gifts. That’s how the gift boxes were born.

Right now, I’m testing out a few options—boxes with a mix of scones, small-loaves of sourdough, and cookies, maybe even some local honey tucked in for good measure. I want them to feel like a warm hug in a box—something you’d be excited to send or receive.

If you’ve been following my little bakery journey, you know I love connecting with you and hearing what you enjoy most. So, I’d love your input! What would you want to see in a gift box? Are there scone flavors you’re dying to try? I’m here for it all—feedback, taste testers, and even those who just want to drool over photos for now.

Thank you, as always, for supporting my dream and letting me fill your homes with the smell of something freshly baked. Stay tuned for gift box launches, flavor polls, and some scone drop days coming very soon! As always, check for the upcoming Bake Days and get your orders in beforehand to enjoy all I have to offer!

With butter and love,
Tiffany 🍞💛
